    Cancellation/Modification Policy

    Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.

    Reservations – Guarantees/Deposits

    Reservations are accepted using the major credit cards/debit cards. On occasions a deposit is required from a card, alternatively a bank draft or cheque is acceptable. We will advise you at the time of booking.

    Early Arrivals

    Please advise us if you will be arriving early to the hotel. We will make every effort to have the room ready as soon as possible. We will happily store your luggage and you are welcome to relax in our sitting room/bar/dining room until we have the room ready.

    Late Departures

    We will happily store your luggage until you depart. Please advise us how late you would like to depart and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Vouchers

    Gift vouchers are available. Please email or ring us to purchase a voucher. We accept some vouchers, please contact us regarding vouchers.

    Special Occasion Stays

    If you are staying with us for a special occasion – wedding, anniversary, reunion etc; please advise us and we will do our best to assist you.

    Hotel Facilities

    There is a resident’s sitting room with literature and maps on the area, piano, board games and TV.

    • Pets and guide dogs are welcome.
    • Free parking throughout Lisdoonvarna. You can park at the hotel.
    • We have secure facilities for leaving bicycles, motor bikes,  surf boards or equipment.
    • There are  facilities for rinsing and drying wet suits or doing general laundry.

    The hotel is 200 metres from a children’s playground which over looks the GAA field, a running track and all weather pitch.
